Ken Glass created the Stony Point Group in 1995 as a private equity and management firm acquiring strategic, asset rich manufacturing businesses with annual revenues of $50 million to $200 million.

Prior to Stony Point, Mr. Glass founded the turnaround-consulting firm, Glass & Associates, (www.glass-consulting.com) a firm of over 60 professionals worldwide that focuses on the unique requirements of middle market distressed businesses. Glass & Associates is one of the premier firms in the turnaround industry and has participated in hundreds of turnaround engagements providing assessments, consulting, interim management, and financial restructuring.
