Since 1995, Stony Point has made five acquisitions – Utica Corporation in 1995; the Turbine Engine Components group of Textron, Inc. in 2001; Tru-Circle and Neuvant Aerospace in 2004 and BAE Systems Precision Aerostructures in 2005.  All of these acquired companies and/or the acquired assets were either non-core or in distress at the time of acquisition.  Currently as a combined group they are growth oriented and meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

TECT Corporation now operates as TECT Power and TECT Aerospace manufacturing semi-finished and finished components and assemblies; including, airframe and wing structures, aircraft sub- assemblies, solid and hollow fan blades, compressor blades and vanes, BLISKs, IBRs, impellers, diffusers, turbine airfoils, rotor assemblies, disks, oversized and precision forgings, and other hardware. TECT operates 11 plants, located throughout the United States, with a work force of approximately 1,400 and a total production floor space of 1.4 million square feet.
