Kenneth Glass

Kenneth is recognized as one of the country’s leading crisis management professionals and an expert in turnarounds and workouts. His functional background includes operations, manufacturing, engineering and finance, plus extensive experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations. He has extensive experience and expertise in multi-plant, multi-industry operations as CEO and in the restructuring of troubled businesses through acquisition and divestiture strategies, as well as cost-cutting and creative financial designs.

Bernard Stanek
President & Chief Operations Officer — email

Bernie has significant experience in the planning and execution of financial transactions, the development and implementation of turnaround management plans and the management of financial, legal and operational matters. Prior to Stony Point, Bernie worked in manufacturing firms holding senior management positions with responsibilities for both legal and financial matters. He has formerly practiced as both a CPA and transaction attorney. He holds a B.A. in accounting from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Horace Jennings
Vice President, Finance and Administration - email

Horace has a diverse background in finance and economics. His experience includes 9 years as a corporate banker with Wells Fargo and Wachovia advising large US Corporations on funding and capital strategy, treasury services, financial risk management, and 401K & pension asset management. In addition, as a corporate finance manager for Mirant Corporation, Horace led investment evaluation, debt financing and due diligence activities for acquisitions, divestitures and corporate restructuring initiatives. He began his career with the US Department of Commerce advising US businesses on export opportunities. Horace has a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and a Masters of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina.

David Nolletti
Vice President, Business Development — email

Dave brings more than 12 years of diverse professional experience to the team. He has significant experience in General Management of multi-plant operations, sales, marketing, and business development which has significantly contributed to the timely turnaround of our portfolio companies. Prior to Stony Point, Dave was a Global Marketing Manager for the Procter Gamble Company and a commissioned officer in the United States Army. He received his B.A. in History and International Relations with High Honors from Lehigh University and MBA from Xavier University.
